Do the cards work on all phones?
Yes, NFC technology is compatible with all recent smartphones (iOS and Android).
Can I customize my plaque design?
Yes. After ordering, log in and open the plaque designer: logo, colors, titles, QR and stickers. Validate each plaque before printing. For NFC business cards, use the card designer too.
When should I validate my design?
As soon as you get the confirmation email: go to your account (orange banner “Configure my plaques”). Shipping starts once all designs are validated.
What if I don't configure right away?
You can return later via My account or your order page. Until designs are validated, the order waits before printing.
